Happiness? Priceless

I'm happy, because:

My boss listened to one of my concern regarding the business and took action accordingly; I like being taken seriously, I'm not just a pretty face you know?

My dear brother was giving up hope of coming to France for Christmas; but I found a solution and Hope is restored that they can make it afterall.
I received a progress report from my little sponsored kid, Jonas, and he is doing very well; and it delights me, that my little help has given him so much more; he is doing very well at school and looks very well too. The only other picture I had of him, he looked... tired and angry; look at him now! He likes football, dancing and gospel music; sounds like mighty fine hobbies to me. And he drew a truck for me. Awwww! I'm smitten.

He's quite an artist. I Thought a truck was called a lorry, but then I realized that was only the big ones :)

Awsome LC. I am glad you could help him in that way. They need the love and support as any child does. I am happy to hear you are making some ones life bearable over where he lives. J and I have thought about it but it seems like the commercials they have on tv they dont give the money where its suppose to go.

We have a couple sponsored kids. They grow up fast!

Gospel music? What are they exposing these kids to? Poor kid. I'll send him some Heavy Metal but I don't think they'll approve of that. :(

We sponsored a kid for several years and when we learned Spanish, we found the translators to be horrible. The kid was trying to say something completely different from what the translator translated.

Awesome you're sponsoring someone though. I'm kidding about the music. I always said you can measure how good someone's music taste is by seeing how close it is to mine. ;)
