A great dream

Ha ha! That does not happen too often. Can't remember the last time I had a great dream, it seems that in the last few months it was all nightmares, bad dreams, or if I was lucky no recollection of the dream. But last night's dream put a smile on my face all day. So I thought I'd share it with you all...

I dreamt I travelled to a different galaxy (okay... maybe it has something to do with the title of my last post).
I dreamt that in that galaxy, I was in the middle of 8 stars (not the real planet, rocks on fire that actually are stars, but glittering pretty shape of a Gold Christmas star)
I dreamt that I was amazed at looking at the universe, the darkness, the stars surrounding me.
Alex was squatting next to me and I told him how awesome it was to see our galaxy.
Alex said we were not in our galaxy because Earth was over there, and pointed at our beautiful blue marble planet.
So I admired our blue and green planet and giant fireworks started, blue, red, green, yellow and I was splashed by all the rainbow colours of the fireworks and exclaimed: "I knew it! I knew that fireworks were actually using paint for their beautiful colours!" (Technically, I know that fireworks is not paint, but that's a dream).
So there I was standing in the middle of my 8 bright stars, covered in blue, green, red and yellow paint, laughing whole heartedly at my good fortune and how blessed I was. then I woke up very happy, although still very tired. I could have used another 2 hours sleep, oh well, it made my day!

Sounds that way. Glad you had a good dream instead of a night mare. I dont dream. Or I should say I sleep so soundly I dont remember dreaming. Sounds funny coming from someone that has two kids. Being able to sleep soundly at night has come easy after they started sleeping all night long.

That would be an awesome dream! My dreams last night were idiotic. I had one dream that my mother, of all people, took me to some weird after-hours biker bar/pizzeria for my birthday, and we had to be patted down for concealed weapons before sitting down to eat this really gross pizza. According to custom, the breadsticks had to be dipped in milk. I don't know if this was a vegan nightmare or what, but it was horrible...

I'll trade you dreams! ;D

Aw, it's sweet to wake up with a smile on your face. I find it amazing. Sometimes when we retell our dreams, they lose their power, but when we're having them they seem like the most amazing thing ever.

SME, is this what you secretly want for your 30th birthday? I don't know of any biker bars, but I'm sure we could find one. ;)

I think we have one here in town some where or very close by. You two could always come this way for her b-day and we could spend it together. LOL...

The dreams are something in our mind.......this dream is very nice because you felt good after....very good.

Merci pour avoir visiter mon site..j'ai senti l'odeur d'une nouvelle rencontre....good

Merci Kitem pour avoir parler de moi.

J'essaie tres fort de trouver une facon d'exposer plus d'images sur mon blog......now it's my nightmare...just a joke.

Darlin' that wonderful. What a nice change to wake up with a smile upon your face, instead of that frown that always follows after you hear the alarm. (or is that just me?! LOL)
